Good News!


Last night in the House of Lords, the clause to regulate home educators was thrown out of the Children, Schools and Families Bill.
So the status quo remains. Congratulations to all of you who have worked so hard to help make this happen! :)

Autonomous Education gets a mention in the House of Lords





The Children, Schools And Families Bill had it's second reading in the House of Lords last night. It appears there will be no time for committee stage and it will now go into what is known as the *wash up* and hopefully will never get any further.
Last night in debate, Lord Lucas defended Autonomous Education.
So it is there written in Hansard, for evermore.
